The Flame Resistant FRS191 Chambray Shirt is made of 6-ounce FR Chambray (blend of 88% cotton and 12% high-tenacity nylon). The FR fabric for this shirt is by Mount Vernon Mills and is NFPA 70E compliant. The shirt has a HRC (Hazard Risk Category)of 1 with the ATPV (arc thermal performance value) of 7.5 cal/cm2
The main seams of the shirt are made to be durable, with triple-stitching to ensure the shirt holds up in tough working conditions.
The chambray shirt has two chest pockets with flaps and button closure, the left pocket has two labels sewn on: Carhartt FR and HRC1 labels. The shirt also has extended sleeve plackets with two-button adjustable cuffs, so your fit is just right. The button-down collar band also has button closure; the buttons throughout the shirt are FR melamine buttons.
