The Flame Resistant FRK293 is made of Flame Resistant fabric that is NFPA 70E compliant and is produced by Innovative Textiles. The 6.5-ounce FR knit is a blend of 55% modacrylic and 45% cotton. The shirt has a HRC (Hazard Risk Category)of 2 with the ATPV (arc thermal performance value) of 9.8 cal/cm2.
The front of the shirt has a three-button front with FR melamine buttons. The henley has a rib-knit collar and cuffs for a comfortable fit. To add to the comfort of the shirt, side-seamed construction was used to minimize twisting, making movement easier.
The flame resistant long sleeve henley also features a left-chest pocket with Carhartt FR and HRC 2 labels sewn on.
